 I am the founder of Global Learning Resources, Inc., Chairman and Founder of The Future of Talent Institute, and Co-Managing Director of the Australasian Talent Conference. I am also a keynote speaker and consultant. 

Because the future affects all of our actions, the more we understand the trends that are emerging and growing in importance,  the more successfully we can deal with them when they begin to have an impact on our business.

My interest is in interpreting patterns and finding clues about the emerging future . I work with clients all over the globe and focus on mapping the trends and issues they report. Combined with the work of fellow research partners and colleagues, we can offer a solid view of potential futures.

This blog is a reflection on some of what what I hear and see and how I interpret the issues.

I have worked in the corporate world both in the United States and globally. I have written hundreds of articles and books on recruiting, staffing, corporate learning, corporate universities and work hard at being knowledgable about the architecture and development of corporate learning  and recruiting strategies. My clients have included Starbucks, Corning, Westpac Bank, Edwards Lifesciences, Seagate Technologies, and many others.
