Future of Talent

The Future of Talent Institute is a consortium of organizations and individuals who explore emerging issues in talent management, staffing, recruiting, employee development, retention and leadership development.

The Institute’s focus is on providing early insights on employment trends, demographics, workforce attitudes, and socio-economic trends so that you and your organization can make faster and better decisions about talent and talent-related issues.

Once each year the Institute holds a Retreat where members from around the world come together to engage in conversation, listen to leading edge thinkers, and explore the future together.  The Institute also offers regional Learning Events throughout the year in cities around the world. In 2010, Learning Events will be held in Silicon Valley, California; Seattle, Washington; Irvine, California;  Minneapolis, Minnesota; Chicago, Illinois; Atlanta, Georgia; New York City; Amsterdam, The Netherlands; and Melbourne, Australia.
